When you contact us by email, we process the contact details and information you provide in order to answer your inquiry, prepare requested commercial information, and maintain the related business correspondence.

Server access logs

Our web server records technical access data, including the IP address, request path, browser identification, response status, and timestamp. These logs are required for security, reliable operation, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention and are retained for up to 14 days. Access is restricted to authorized operators.

Request bodies, query strings, cookies and authorization headers are not stored in these access logs. Access logs are excluded from recovery backups. Encrypted website configuration backups are retained for up to seven days.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA, which processes the infrastructure and connection data needed to deliver the website.

Infomaniak describes its processing commitments in its Data Processing Agreement.

Privacy-friendly website analytics

When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate statistics such as page views, approximate visitor counts, country, referring website, device type, browser, operating system, and page performance. It does not use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting, and we do not use it to identify individual visitors. Cloudflare receives the source IP address as part of the normal web request and states that it discards this address after processing it at the nearest data center.

Recipients and international processing

Technical data may be processed by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland and by Cloudflare, Inc. and its service providers in Switzerland, the European Economic Area, the United States, or other countries where they operate. Hosting this website in Switzerland does not restrict Cloudflare's analytics processing to Switzerland: analytics requests are routed through its global network and may be processed in another country.

Cloudflare's published Data Processing Addendum provides for standard contractual clauses adapted to Swiss law for restricted transfers. Cloudflare also states that it participates in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers to the United States.

Cookies and local storage

The current public website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use browser storage for analytics.

Retention

We retain email correspondence only as long as needed for business follow-up and applicable legal obligations.

Cloudflare documents seven days of unsampled beacon data, followed by aggregation and sampling for longer-term statistics. Its Web Analytics dashboard currently provides access to the previous six months. That reporting window is not a deletion deadline for all data held by the provider. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can request information, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. Contact us at sales@meshlytix.cloud.
